Nature’s Way of Making Up

“Cupcakes is nature’s way of making up for Mondays."
The autumn is all the way through now and we want something more than fruit now. And this is what I thought of..

Decorating idea from Wilton
 So, considering that this blog is called ‘Kitchen News’ and I strongly believe that the best news has to come with wonderful masterpieces  I am going to post some of my recipes. My first public recipe is going to be one of my first cupcake recipes BANANA CUPCAKES.
The thing why I like cupcakes is because they are super easy to make, tasty and fun, also you can improvise with the mixtures and tastes. There are two ways to make these cupcakes, you can use self-rising flour or usual flour, but if you are using usual one add one tablespoon of baking soda.This is what you are going to do and need to make yourself happy for the rest of the autumn:

Ingredients:

  •    270g/1cup flour (the same amount with self-rising or usual flour);
  •   teaspoon salt;
  • 180g/1 cup of butter;
  •  3 Large eggs;
  • 300g/12 cups sugar (or add as much as you want);
  • 2 mashed bananas;
  • 180ml/ 1 2 cup sour cream or natural yoghurt;
  •  2 teaspoon of vanilla extract;

Making:
1.       Pre-heat oven at 175-180oC;
2.       Take quite big bowl and softener the butter by mashing it
3.       Add sugar to the butter and mix them together until they appear in spongy mixture, then add eggs, mashed bananas and  vanilla extract;
4.        Take another bowl (it will be easier latter to mix everything) and add all powdery ingredients to it, mix it together and set aside while you continue;
5.       Now carefully add powdery mix to your main bowl. I recommend doing it spoon by spoon;
6.       Bake for 20-25 minutes;

Let them chill and enjoy responsible!
